Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your PureSkin Co. purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to make it right.

Refund Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund Contact us at medicube.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

No Return Needed As a small business, we do not require you to return the item. If your refund is approved, you keep the product and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not available for sale items, gift cards, or items damaged due to misuse.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without justification.
